I Want Dwell to Be a Place Where People Grow.
After nearly 2 decades in the beauty industry as a stylist, educator, solo artist, and salon owner, I’ve seen how much the right environment can shape a career.
My husband, Tyler and I are passionate about creating a workplace where people feel supported, challenged, encouraged, and genuinely excited about what they’re building.
Every person who joins Dwell brings something unique to the room. Our job is to create the kind of culture where those strengths can grow, be shared, and make the entire team better.
