Dwell Studio Salon is a luxury, Christian-led salon in Fort Worth that specializes in exceptional hair services, elevated hospitality, and an unwavering commitment to people. Our front desk isn’t just a place to check in—it’s where the tone of the entire guest experience is set. We’re currently searching for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the face and heartbeat of our business.

Position: Front Desk Coordinator (Receptionist)

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Part-time or Full-time

Tuesday–Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM

Saturday: 9 AM – 4 PM

Compensation:

$16 per hour

Potential for performance-based bonuses

Salon perks (discounts on services + retail)

Salon receptionist managing guest bookings and administrative tasks at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first and last impression for every guest who walks through our doors

  • Manage phone calls, bookings, and daily schedule flow with precision

  • Educate guests on our services and recommend products that support their hair goals

  • Keep the front desk and salon tidy, calm, and welcoming

  • Support stylists and leadership with administrative tasks

  • Occasionally run errands or assist with team needs

  • Manage inventory, assist with retail stocking, and maintain product displays

  • Anticipate needs and meet them with “unreasonable hospitality”

  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask like a pro

  • Confident and calm when handling scheduling changes or occasional conflicts

  • Sales-savvy – you enjoy helping guests discover products and services that meet their needs

  • Tech-capable – able to manage booking software, phone systems, and POS with ease

  • Someone who takes pride in creating a beautiful, seamless, and elevated guest experience
