Most consultations take 15–30 minutes and are intentionally low-pressure. Bring questions, inspiration photos, or simply an idea of how you’d like your hair to feel.
You can expect one-on-one time with a stylist, personalized recommendations, honest guidance, and a clear understanding of your next steps. Make the most of your visit and pair your consultation with a haircut or blowout.

Common Questions
Do I have to book a consultation?
Not at all! Consultations are great for bigger changes or if you’re exploring something new, but they’re totally optional for maintenance services like a trim or root touch-up.
We can almost always include a quick consultation as part of a service, but a standalone consultation gives you time to think through your decision before booking.
How long does a consultation take?
Most consultations take approximately 15–30 minutes.
Is there a fee?
Yes. We collect a deposit when you book your consultation to reserve that time with your stylist. Please review our Salon Guidelines before your visit and let us know if your plans change.
We reserve consultation time specifically for you, so missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to our salon policies.
Can I book my full service during my consultation?
If timing allows, we’re happy to continue into your service that day. In many cases, your consultation will be used to create the right plan and schedule the appropriate appointment for a future visit.
To make the most of your time with us, you can also pair your consultation with a haircut, blowout, or treatment when booking.
What if I’m not sure what I want?
