What Happens Next?
Once we’ve created your plan, we can move into the next step. Depending on your method, we’ll collect the appropriate deposit, custom-order your hair, and schedule your installation.

Common Extension Questions
Do I need a consultation for every extension service?
Yes! Because every head of hair is unique, consultations allow us to tailor a plan that supports your hair’s health, texture, and goals.
It’s also especially helpful if you currently have extensions from another provider. This gives us a chance to get to know your hair and ensure we’re moving forward with the best approach for you.
Can I add an extension consultation to another appointment?
Most of the time, yes! We’re happy to include a consultation during a haircut, blowout or other salon service if our schedule allows. This works well for guests we already know or those just wanting to explore options.
If you’re making a big change or want more time to talk things through, we recommend booking a separate consultation so it’s never rushed.
I’ve never had extensions. What should I book?
Start with our Hair Extension Consultation unless you already know you’re specifically interested in tape-ins. We’ll guide you through the methods and help determine the best fit.
What if I’m not ready to commit?
No problem. We’ll create a detailed plan and save it for whenever you’re ready. There’s never any pressure to move forward right away.
What if my stylist thinks extensions aren’t right for me?
We’ll be honest—always. A consultation is also a great time to meet your stylist, talk about your goals and hair type, and determine if we’re the right fit.
If needed, we’ll recommend alternative solutions (such as toppers or a Halo) that better suit your needs.
