We are a values-driven, excellence-focused salon designed for stylists who want more than a chair — a place with structure, support, growth, and purpose.

The Position

We’re looking for an established stylist who is confident behind the chair, values continued education, and wants to work in an environment built around collaboration, excellence, and genuine hospitality.

At Dwell, you’ll have the freedom to develop your specialties while being supported by a team that believes in sharing knowledge, celebrating growth, and loving people well.

Employment: W2
Schedule: Customizable, 2–5 days per week
Saturdays: Optional based on scheduling needs
Location: Westworth Village / Fort Worth, TX

What Dwell Provides

A Schedule That Supports Your Life

Choose a schedule that fits the life and career you’re building.

2 days: 18–20 hours/week
3 days: 27–30 hours/week
4 days: 36–40 hours/week
5 days: 36–40 hours/week

Saturdays are optional.

Built-In Support

Spend more of your time focused on your guests and your craft.

You’ll have access to full-time assistant support plus a front desk concierge handling booking, guest communication, checkout, and retail.

All supplies and backbar are provided. Just bring your favorite tools.

Marketing & Book Building

You don’t have to build alone.

Dwell invests in consistent, business-funded marketing and averages 25–30 new guests per month.

You are not required to come with a clientele. If you already have a book, it simply helps accelerate your growth.

Education + Growth

Excellence is something we pursue together.

Expect regular education opportunities, continued development in technique and professionalism, and support as you grow your confidence, specialties, and long-term career.

A Confident Start

We believe onboarding should feel steady, not rushed.

Your first two weeks include paid training and intentional onboarding into Dwell’s systems, culture, standards, and guest experience.

Elevated Products + Tools

Work with professional products and systems that support the level of service you want to provide.

Dwell offers access to KĂ©rastase, professional color systems, stocked backbar, and the tools and support needed to create an elevated guest experience.

Compensation + Benefits

Full-time stylists at Dwell typically earn:

Without an existing clientele:
$60,000–$70,000 annually on average

With an existing clientele:
$70,000–$100,000+ annually on average

Actual earnings vary based on schedule, availability, services, and guest demand.
